One of my current projects, based on the material I’ve developed over the last 15 years, is to update The Conscious Stream. When I ask for support, it’s to free up time and get a lifestyle and resources, that allows me to do this, and to benefit from the insight of others who are interested in this topic.
In the new edition there will be more examples relating the concepts to personal experience and they will be in a context (4 stages) that makes them easier to use.
In other words, as I outlined in the 02-08-15 video and in this site, we can learn to apply or personalize the core concepts (how to trace impulse activity, and how impulsing forms the conscious stream) to improve our sense of emotional balance–along with a sense of security we have when we know the body is setup/organized to work well–to steadily monitor and resolve what we’re exposed to. And when we work in sync with how we work well, together, with this shared definition in mind, we can develop a personal, social and environmental character that supports health in all of us.
