Conscious instants don’t occur in isolation. They unfold within the constant integrated activities that are the result of steady impulsing activity.
Although we can achieve a resolution, such as a thought, in one step, it often takes many steps, over time, to achieve a resolution. The process of setting up an activity based on deriving and then reaching a projected resolution that is achieved as if on auto-pilot, is called an activity.
The pattern of activity that we develop in our life is our lifestyle.
